Cloud sync is not working to working on shared co-editing files.
All CC, XD & Mac OS versions are up-to-date. I logged out of CC and restarted the machine. It's still not working.

If that doesn't help, please share the screenshot of your about XD info page. I would also like to know if it's happening only with the shared files or all cloud files as well? Is it happening with a specific shared file?

Hi,
My colleagues are working on Windows system and im working on mac. we are coeating some files and im getting update issue. my current version of the XD on mac is 36.1.36 and my colleagues got 36.2.32. On CC it is showing the app is up to date.
please provide me some valuable solutions.
