Color picker inaccurate when selecting from library

When selecting the border color using the eye dropper and a library color the resulting color is wrong.

I have tried in my Adobe XD and everything goes well, have you tried in another project, after having turned off the machine?

Issue persists.

This is an old problem. To workaround, simply scroll through the panel.

This did not work. I am using the color eyedropper to select a border color.
