Compatibility Macbook Pro M1 and Windows 10 -> CANT OPEN CLOUD FILES

Hello in the office i work on a windows 10 based computers and safe my work from adobe xd in classy in the adobe cloud.

 

If i want to open the files at home at my macbook pro m1 this files are just loading and cant open...

 

Are you have a good solution for this?

1.What version of Adobe XD are you using?

2.What mac OS version are you using?

3.Is this Issue happening with a specific file or multiple files? if it is specific file, is it posible to share the file?

Hi Oliver,

 

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

 

  1. Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and XD app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related services.
  3. Reboot the computer.
  4. Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and please ensure that you are signing in with the same email address with which you are signed in on the Windows machine at work and check if you are able to open the file.

 

In case if it still doesn't work, please share the details asked by Muklesur, we'll try our best to help you with it.
