could not open XD file after I register XD.

I have few XD files that I worked with XD trial version.

after I paid for XD, these XD files cannot be open.

please let me know why this situation has happen and how to solve.

Can you try the following:

- Download Creative Cloud cleaner from this document Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

- When using the CC cleaner choose the step to Fix the host file.
