Creating or updating links is slow sinds updating to v57

I updated to v57 and sinds then updating or creating links takes very long. 

I started with a big file and it took 30 min instead of almost 1 minute. After experementing I realised that it doesn't matter how big the file is it is always slow.

A file with one small page it still takes almost 10 minutes. 

How do I fix this?
