creative cloud and XD apps

I've uploaded my xd file to Creative Cloud. I installed Creative Cloud and Adobe XD apps on my android phone. I can see the file in Creative Cloud but it says it's not available to preview and in Adobe XD mobile I don't have that file at all. Why!!!

Can you confirm that you are following the process in this article Preview your prototypes on mobile devices to preview your prototype. If you are and running into issues, would it be possible to share your file with us for testing. You could upload it to CC, and share the URL with us over a private message.
