As a design team we are working with a shared design system library across multiple files, and this has been working great for the last 3 months. (I am not the owner of the shared library).
Unfortunately, last Wednesday my library disappeared from XD, strangely I can see it within my assets.adobe.com but it is not displaying within My Library within XD. When I try to add the library it does not appear under ‘All Librarys’ only my personal one is now displaying. It was displaying fine with the Link icon next to it previously.
I have tried a few solutions since then including, signing out and back in again, uninstalling XD and even uninstalling Adobe CC but the problem persists.
Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
We are sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, please ensure you're logged in with the same account from which you've created the library within XD and the Creative Cloud desktop app.
