Disconnected the electricity, can't open cloud file

I work on cloud file, after disconnected the electricity, can't open cloud file, how to restore file?

And second how to save a copy and remaining on original file? I dont want to close original file, if me need to save 3 copy??? need to close copy file and again open original file???

Thank you for following the initial procedure. We'd like to know a few more details like:

  • What is the OS and XD version you're using?
  • Is it happening with a single file or all the files?
  • Would you mind opening the file on a different machine and check if that works for you?

1. Windows 10. XD last update

2. Just this file. Who was bugging during the disconnect electricity.
