Does export to JPEG in Adobe XD CC automatically saves as optimized JPEG?

How do you save an optimized jpeg in Adobe XD?

Do you see this pane when exporting your JPG? (The quality dropdown is what you want).

Yes it does, the percentage options are same as Photoshop but the only thing that makes me unsure is there's no word somewhere saying it's optimized. Size of the file seems optimized I just wanted to be sure it is an optimized output.
