Ease In & Out not working

For some reason, Ease In & Out isn't working when I select it. It looks like None is selected. When I look at cards I did the other day, they are still easing in and out, but anything I try to apply to it today isn't working. I restarted my computer and XD. I can't get it to work. Is this a bug?

2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
3. Please share a small video of what exactly is happening at your end.
