Error 44:76 & internet disconnected!!

Hi there,

 

I'm getting these 2 messages everytime I try to create my preview link with my home iMac.

At the beginning I thought my file is too big but I try to trouble shoot it in a small file that within 5 Mb, 

the problem still persist. When I try it in my office iMac, it works magic even the file is big.

 

Is this something to do with my home iMac setting?

P/S: I'm using 4G hotspot to trouble shoot the issue, I'm upposed it shouldn't be the internet issue. I'm using Version 44.1.12.5.
