Error 5703 while launching XD

Hi, I am having trouble with Adobe XD problem 5703 I have tried all the solutions in the forums, but none have worked for me someone could help me?

Hi Dulash,

 

We are sorry to hear you are getting an error while launching XD. I would request you to please try the below steps in sequence-

  • Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud desktop app.
  • End all Creative Cloud desktop app process from task manager
  • Restart the machine.
  • Sign back into Creative Cloud desktop app and XD.
