Error 5703

i get 5703 error while i'm opening adobe xd in CC.

none of these soloutions helped me with this issue.

can someone show me a way?

Is you document on your local drive or a server? Try moving it to your local drive to see if that is the problem. Did this just start happeing? Is it only one document or anytime you try to open a document? Have you completely signed out of Creative Cloud and then back in?
