I can not open my file and this is really frustrating. Can anyone help me with that, please?

Hello. Today we had an issue where we needed to save down an earlier version of an XD document. We went to the web browser of creative cloud and chose the version we wanted. Note it did not give us the opstion to "Revert to this version". Instead we just had to download. But then we got the error 86 message. All of the resolutions thus far has asked users to create another account,However, we are an enterprise company. Users do not have that option; nor do they have admin rights to do so. Please advise best next steps. We are on version 40.1.22.
