error code: 3622 (same as error 50)

Adobe Xd wont start, whenever I click to start a document with iphone whatever, it crashes and gives me this code.

I really need to be able to use Xd and I don't know how to fix this...

I checked with the team and was informed that Error Code 50 is now renamed to Error Code 3622

Adobe Xd - strange "50" error when opening new document

Can you share the Creative Cloud Sync version you have installed? Creative Cloud desktop application > ... > Preferences > Creative Cloud tab (THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT) > Files subtab.

I was updated to the latest.   BUT!   I needed to close  Creative Cloud first.   Then open XD.  Create my first document.   Then reopen Creative Cloud.   IN THAT ORDER.   Now that I have one document saved.  It seems to work ok.

Hello Everyone,

I seemed to have found the issue.  On my mac I went to preferences in my creative cloud prefences in the creative cloud app and changed the creative cloud sync folder. The problem was creative cloud auto selected the root folder of my user folder which I assume the app does not have access rights to write to directly. I went into my documents folder and created a new folder and selected that. Creative cloud will ask if you want to move your sync folder say yes, it may also ask you to resync, do that as well. Once I did all of this I was able to start XD and create a project without getting error 3622.  Hope this helps.
