- Which win10 version are you using?
- Please provide a small video or a screenshot of your issue.
Meanwhile please try the below mentioned steps
- Sign-out, sign-in into Creative cloud again
- Uninstall and Install Adobe XD
- Please make sure there are no pending system updates. "Search> Check for Updates> Windows update"
- Restart your computer.
