I've used XD before, but ever since I reinstalled it I can't get it to open. It says to me: "The operation was not completed because an unexpected host ID was encountered". No error code. What's going on?

Try creating a new user account on your machine and then try to launch XD. If it works, go to the previous account-
Uninstall/ Reinstall XD.
Uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Restart the machine.
Install Creative Cloud, XD.

Hi B3u,

sorry that you have encountered, "The operation was not completed because an unexpected host ID was encountered" while opening Adobe XD. Could you please share the OS version ad OS build that you are using?

Thanks,

Atul_Saini
