Export option (mp4, mov...)

hi.

after recording and save my video, it was mp4 and I couldn't change it. I'd like it saved as mov. How could I save it as mov?

What is the reason for it to be MOV? I don't think that any program that can open MOV could not also open MP4.

If you have QuickTime Player 7 you could open the MP4 and Save As to MOV.

Even I did that, MOV videos play faster in Premiere, hence I renamed mp4 extension to MOV, but the exported video didn't play on TV except for the ones exported in YouTube 720 setting.
