Eyedropper seems disabled in latest update (v27) for Mac

Hi there. After installing the latest update (v27), my eyedropper/color-picker tool seems to be disabled. "A" key does not activate the tool nor does clicking on the icon in the properties panel do anything.

I'm running macOS Catalina (v10.15.2).

Hi, the keyboard shortcut to enable the dropper is the letter "I". The letter "A" allows you to create a new artboard. Also, try uninstalling and installing Adobe XD again. I recommend using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall the software and delete any corrupt files.

Thanks for the reply...my bad I meant keyboard shortcut "I" is not working.
Thanks for the tip, but everything was working perfectly up until the last
update, though I will try the cleaner tool suggested 😉
