Thanks for reaching out, we'll try our best to help you with it. Could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD and Windows OS build.
  2. Do you use an additional external monitor? If yes, please test XD only on 1 primary screen.
  3. Does this happen with other menu options or with this one only?
  4. Please ensure that the graphics card driver is up to date as per the manufacturer's website.
