Failure to launch

I've downloaded the creative cloud XD but every time I click to open, a blank javascript screen opens, then closes and the program never launches. What is going on??

Sorry that you are unable to use Adobe XD at the moment Adriennel, please help me with the following details so that I can try to assist you here.

Please share the OS build, the version of Adobe XD which you are using, graphics cards drivers version. I would also request you to check with Windows section on this link: -Known issues
