FIle Sharing Broken

I cannot share any files. I deleted 3/4 of my shared links and still wont allow me too saying I have no memory but when i look im at 200gb out of 1 TB so tons of room. 

Any suggestions

1. What is your XD version
2. Is it happening with all the files
3. Since when you are getting the error
4. Could you please collect the Charles logs and using logs using collector tool and share with me via DM.
