Fonts not showing up in XD

Half of my Gotham fonts are not showing up in XD. They show up in every other Adobe program but I'm missing all the condensed versions of the font. I've tried reinstaling but that's not working. The fonts are installed in my Windows Font folder.

No, that did not work. The condensed versions of Gotham are still not showing up but he rest from the Gotham family are there.

Sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind trying to activate the fonts from the Adobe fonts website; https://fonts.adobe.com/ and see if that helps?
