Getting Error code: 86 error

Get error code: 86 and unable to open my project. (Local Project)
Please anyone help me to solve this error

I would also request you to please generate the logs using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the url with me over a PM.
