Help! Gradient Overlay doesn't work/changes either after exporting or after converting/merging, etc.

Hello everyone! Sadly almost before finishing the project, this problem occoured. I tried to search for simmilar problems, found a lot of forums, but none of them helped me/fixed the issue. I've tried to convert to smart object. Tried to Merge, Flatten, Clear.. Also tried to export as PNG,JPG, Save for Web Legacy, Embed colors, etc. Basicly everything that i can think about. I am still kinda new to Photoshop, so i am open to try different variants ^^ Thanks in advance!

P.S I tried with both Photoshop 2021 and 2023. (this/simmilar problems were reported since 2018 or something like that)

P.P.S On the picture, marked as (1) is before exporting/converting/merging, etc.
Marked as (2) is after export/save as/convert/merging,etc.
