How do you (or can you) make the a singular XD project responsive to desktop and mobile?

Hello!

I was tasked to find an Adobe alternative to "Ceros" and XD seems to be the best fit (unless someone has another suggestion). I am new to using XD and I am struggling with how to figure how to make the same project responsive to both mobile and desktop. I need to be able to use a singular embed code to use on my company's website so hoping to see if someone is willing to assist me or direct me to a tutorial that shows and explains how to do what I am asking.

@BethanyRJordan Best bet..maybe Figma might be a better solution as Xd is currently in Maintenance Mode and no new developments will be made
