How to direct to a text or page in one scroll website from menu in XD?

My website is a one scroll website with many chapters. I want to do when tap on the Chapter1 in the menu it will scroll down to the text or picture of Chapter1 (as shown in the image). How do I do it?

Would be great if you can do this in one artboard, but I don't think you can, because A) you cannot assign multiple actions to one trigger (if you could then you can craete a menu component that scrolls to Chapter X and closes the menu), and B) you cannot target a scroll position from another artboard (if you could then you can create the menu as an overlay).

What you can do is to auto-animate between artboards with the content scrolled to a specific chapter. But you need 5 artboards for 5 chapters...
