Is there a way to process an existing design comp, e.g. a Photoshop .psd file and have Adobe XD create the actual website structure / HTML from it — to a quality level that is typically used as a first pass by a Web Design Company? This doesn't necessarily need to be a one step process, any insights would be appreciated.
Not really. If you search the forum, you can find that this question has been asked before. Figma has better exporting tools and is an actively maintained product. If you are starting a new project, I would look at that as an option.
