How to link a Plus/Minus button to a bargraph

I'm looking for a way to "animate" a bar graph with 5 levels with Plus/Minus buttons. 

I don't even know if it's possible :).

It would be very helpful.

The short answer is yes, you can do this in XD. Look at components and componet states as the keys to making this work.
