Is there any way to make a button, stick to the bottom of a text box and move down as the text box expands?

Yes, you need to have both the button and the text area inside a group, and have stacks applied to the group, I've attached a video.

Keep in mind this only works while designing. If your text area is a component which expands upon click or something while previewing the prototype, the button won't move down, but the expanded text area will overlap it.
