How to make a movable background image in XD

Hello everybody
I would like to create a very simple app of a Ruler
A still image in front with transparent holes and a first ruler and a background image with the second ruler
By sliding your finger on the mobile phone left and right, you should only move the image below, aligning the two rulers in a simple way
Can it be done with XD?

Vorrei creare un'app semplicissima di un Regolo
Un'immagine fissa davanti con dei fori trasparenti e un primo righello e un'immagine di fondo con il secondo righello
Facendo scorrere a dx e sx il dito sul cellulare si dovrebbe muovere solo l'immagine sottostante allineando in modo semplice i due righelli
Si può fare con XD?
