How to pull variable date (Google Sheets) for Dashboards in XD?

Hi all,

 

I run a succsfull facebook page that produces covid stats etc.

Im a gun in photoshop but have just moved to this platform but not sure if its right for what I'm doing...

 

What I have is a a few spreadsheets that I've managed to work out how to pull the data from into the flows below.

Long story sort i really want to save time and not have to hand type these buggers . lol...

Is XD the right tool for me or is there something else that would suite.

Each graphic is on the same google sheet but under a different sheet per graphic. if you catch my drift
