I have a one-year subscription to Adobe XD from CareerFoundry.
I redeemed my Adobe XD on 21 March 2023 and it didn't continue because I had Windows 8.1. Then I installed Windows 10 on my laptop on 22 March 2023.
When I tried to redeem Adobe XD today 23 March 2023 and it said
"This code has already been redeemed."
Please help me.
