HP A9 Laptop - Adobe XD open and crash immediately. please help me to fix it.

Today i'm installed adobe xd in my laptop. after install finished i tried to open adobe xd, but it open and close immediately. what is the reason for it?

My Laptop Hardware Details

Hard Drive :- 1TB

RAM :- 8GB

VGA :- RADEON R5 (4GB)

Processor :- AMD A9 9420, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C + 3G 3.00Hz

Did you check and confirm the required specifications?

Is this the first time you've tried to install XD?
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it, with the same results?
