I am unable to access a shared design link

A designer has shared a link with me, but I can't seem to be able to access it no matter what browser am using. I am always recieving this message:

I trierd reporting the error, but, once I sign in, I receieve a message telling me that I don't have access to the forum.

Thanks for the reply. The strange thing is that it's been like this for 3 days and my coworkers are able to view the design just fine.

I still can't access the link normally. I am currently have to use a VPN to view the design, which isn't ideal.
