I cant add more comment on the Adobe XD link

we have adobe xd link for app design which we send it to a translation company so the can translate the app from English to Arabic, they've added almost 50% of the translation with about 1 to 8 comment on each screen and suddenly they cant add any comments to the link

Total screen number is 157
Comments on page: from 1 to 8
I tried even to add comments from other account but but the submit button id disable
any soluation?
