I don't see the XD app in available for installing apps on CC. The solutions suggested here didn't work. @Joseph Labrecque

I used different accounts from work and even bought a personal plan; nothing helped.

This problem has been going on for several days now.

Been having the same issue, lots of headache not being able to access an app that we've been using for a long time now.

You will need to talk to Adobe Support to resolve this.
