i have a problem with download adobe XD

hello, I'm a student and have access to Creative Cloud. I have all aps without adobe XD but it's neccesary for my program. when i try to use links for downloading application' creative cloud wrote that it doesn't exist.

What i need to do in this situation?

i have all minimum sysyem requriements and my creative cloud plan includes Adobe XD
