Hi there, Thanks for sharing the information. Would you mind booting your system into Safe mode (hold shift key at boot until you see the progress meter after the apple logo), if you've booted successfully to safe mode the upper right says SAFE BOOT.  Please open XD in safe mode and see if it works fine. If yes, then there is some issue with the graphic card drivers. Let us know if that helps. Thanks, Harshika

2. when you see it next time please collect the logs using https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and share with me over a private message.
