I need text size giude for "web and mobile Android and ios"

I am learning ux design i need to know the best guide for text size please i got confused in that please needs help? 

2-i use alt+shift+Q key to get some photoshop image to xd when i did that nothing happened is there another meathod to do that?

@Rajasekhar_Reddy i am asking about text size like the width and height the standeres about web or mobile i need guide for that because i can't make my project good i got confused because i didnot knew the standers of width and height of the button or for text size inside the button.
