Idea - blue notification bar

An idea for Adobe Xd app developers!
You might want to add a checkbox with - No more shows that awful blue bar every time I open a file.
I already know very well that files don't share components when I don't share a library in the cloud.

Holy crap! Is this so hard to do? So labor intensive?
