when i drag a image into dx it can not work. how i fix it?

Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? Which operating system are you working on?

Please provide more info:

• What type is the file?
• Where you are droping file - into design mode or prototype?
• from where you drag your file? desktop . folder?

I try into both option design and prototype. but i cant

Could you try using the Import command in stead, just to test it ?

Maybe there's something wrong with the file you're trying to drag.

And are you trying to drag it into another object or directly on the artboard or canvas ?
