Installing Adobe XD issue: Error 72 is showing even after following the solutions shown in Adobe.

I downloaded the Adobe XD free set up file and tried to install. A repair dialog box appears showing the Error 72. I went throught the solutions shown in the Adobe Website and made the changes in like downloading and installing the Trusted Root certification authority certificate and disabling the Group policy for certificate updates but the error is still showing. Please help.
