I am working with a Windows Desktop. In XD the record button to record the prototyp animation can't be clicked on. Instead an information to press WIN+G is shown. With this shortkey the XBOX Game Bar is opened, where you have the option to do a screen record. The problem is... the animation is already done when you are ready to press the record button on XBOX Game Bar.
How come the record button of the XD software itself is shown but doesn't react for record??
Thanks for a helpful advice.

Oh and even the video record option is natively supported in XD on mac, I can have some troubles recording an animation as soon as it starts, because it can be something instantly starts and until you press the record button you might miss some beginning part, in such cases, I use a time delay before animation starts (using a "Time" trigger in animation settings), or you can just place an empty artboard before the actual artboards, that has a "Time" trigger with a delay of 10 seconds or something, that gives you enough time to set up your recording, hope this helps 😉
