Issues opening Xd File dropdown menu

I'm in Windows with Xd 49.0.12.14 and I keep having issues opening the File dropdown menu. I click it and it opens for a split second but closes. It sometimes takes doing that many times before I can actually use the dropdown menu. This has also happened with the Help menu when I was looking for the version number today, but I don't remember it with the other dropdown menus. I also rarely use the dropdown menus other than the File one.

2. Is this issue consistent with all the files or any specific file?

This has also happened to me, but much more rarely. I think it happened only when I first started Xd and then it's fine. Xd's interface has been pretty glitchy and clunky thanks to the UWP experience ever since the start, so I've sadly learned to accept such issues and move on 🙂

Try to update your video drivers if you haven't done so in a while. Sometimes that helps with such issues. You can also try to reinstall Xd and see if that has any effect.
