Issues with XD on my account

Hello, i have an adobe education plan.

Now the problem is when i signed in to my account all my  apps where there BUT Adobe XD. I've tried everything to fix it but nothing works.

 

could i get furthur clarifacation or more help.

Hey there! That's a CC All Apps plan, but with the student / teacher discount applied, correct? You should still have Xd available, but I've read some users had to get in touch with Adobe support and have it manually re-activated. That would be the next step.
