LENOVO tablet with a MICROSOFT operating system -"Desktop Preview"

Hi,
i have a LENOVO tablet with a MICROSOFT operating system,
And I want to use the touch screen option in "Desktop Preview" but I can not.
Maybe you can help me or explain why?
