now that I have a personal and a company profile attached to my Adobe account (I previously only had a personal account), I have an issue related to library sharing.
A colleague tries to invite my to collaborate to his library (savec in Adobe cloud), but the invitation notification is only sent to my personnal profile. My company profile doesn't get this invitation, and therefore I cannot work on this library.
Can someone help me?

There wasn't a marked solution, but the OP reported they discovered a workaround of exporting the libraries from one profile and importing to the other.
