Library keeps giving me upload error

I keep getting this error when trying to publish a library. I'm definitely connected to the internet and the cloud, so I don't know why this won't work. I've tried leaving it since it says it'll fix automatically on its own but it has said this for days now. I have tried unpublishing and republishing as well as closing and restarting XD.
