I wonder is there any option in Xd to edit imported photos live in PS? Something like in After Effects: when I editing photo it updates in live-time in After Effects composition.
Why I asking for that? All my life I was creating websites layouts in PS. XD is very nice (I love prototyping, repeat grid etc.) but it not allowes me to edit photos there (deleting background, use blend-modes, adding adjustment layers for photos etc.). When I creating banner for website, first I need to remove background from isolated photo in PS, corect levels, saturation etc. then import it to XD. But sometimes deleting background from photo takes looooong time, and final effect when I put this photo to (XD) website layout could be not satisfacting. So then I try to search other photo and repeat proces. Sometimes it's simply hard to run your imagination to imagine will your choosen photo will be good for your project or not. Blending modes could help in this case to reduce time needed to create banners. I know blending mode feature was reported - still waiting for that 
Maybe this problem belong to old PS users since CS versions, when we made all work in PS. Whatever you wanted to create you could make in PS 
Maybe it's just hard to switch my brain for XD
If this functionality is not planned in XD, maybe some plugin could help? Something like: Photo edit plugin or something...
Below is my question moved to photo (I made little changes in XD option list - right click on photo). Is this functionality planned in XD or maybe is there now but I can't find it
